Abstract

This study demonstrates that information and communication technology (ICT) has become a fundamental factor in competition, growth, and development. In the context of rapid digitization, ICT aims to facilitate access to public services for all citizens. It has contributed to changing lifestyles and the way services are consumed, with many processes now being automated and requiring minimal human intervention. The study seeks to explore the extent of digital transformation within society and its implications for development.
